    help question email Marketing question/help

I would like to send a coupon out to my email data base (from my old system). I have the email addresses imported into Outlook, and I have them available as CSV.

I understand that you can not import these into Zen Cart, because that would prohibit these folks from creating an account (because the userid is the email address).

What I want to do is to send these folks a coupon and encourage them to sign up in the new system (Zen Cart). How can I do this using Zen cart coupons? Is there a recommended way of doing this?

    Thank you!

Why not just create a single coupon code, and then send emails to them mentioning that code and your new website in your email?

O.K that is a good Idea! I was misreading/misunderstanding how this functionality worked. So I just set the "Uses per Coupon" to open/infinite, and set the "Uses per Customer" to 1.

Thank you very much! I guessed that the answer would be pretty easy, but I just couldn't find it.
