All I get is an error message page at http://www.eatstayplay.com/shop

The folks at my web host said that .config files need to be altered but I can't find any documentation as to WHAT I need to alter. I'm sorry I'm not giving you enough specifics, I'm not exactly sure what is wrong so I don't know how to fix it.
