when does it happen, at the login page or after login?
check the url (case sensitive)
make sure the admin/includes/configure.php has the correct admin URL
(3 times on the page)
if you enabled ssl try it with out it
a HTTP to HTTPS redirect (in server or .htaccess) may cause this
the same goes with www to non www redirect
