Virtual Product Download Problems

Hi

I have been trying for most of the day to configure a Zen site which will allow buyers to download products straight after paying by Paypal checkout.
I have the e-Start Zencart manual, I have followed his instructions, still can't get it.

I tried following the Stickys here, still no download.

I have now managed to create a product which is now showing in the customer account page, but it says to click on the download button to download, there is none there.

Can anyone see what I am doing wrong.

Can you put that image in a folder that allows .jpg files to be viewed? ie: maybe your /images/ folder instead?
When you look at the order in your Admin screen, what's its status set to?

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings ...

What are your settings in the Modules ... Payment Modules ... for your PayPal Express settings of:

Set Order Status
Set the status of orders paid with this payment module to this value.
Recommended: Processing[2]

Set Unpaid Order Status
Set the status of unpaid orders made with this payment module to this value.
Recommended: Pending[1]

Set Refund Order Status
Set the status of refunded orders to this value.
Recommended: Pending[1]

Thanks for getting back to me. I have put a screenshot of the attributes settings at:

I think the problem lies in the Attributes Controller, and Option Names/Values.

I did get it working one time, then I couldn't get it again.

NOTE: You should have unique Sort Orders on each of your Payment Modules if you are going to use Sort Orders ...

Could you check if this works in the Classic Template?

It looks like you are just missing the Download button ...

I have set the Payment order to unique numbers.

I think the problem might be in this page:

I think that is looking the way it is as you do not have a lot of choices ...

How many Option Names do you have?

How many Option Values do you have?

How many Products do you have?

How many Products do you have that do not use the Option Name(s) already set?

Now go see if you have the image button:
/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/button_download.gif

and, if a different image:
/includes/templates/your_template_dir/buttons/english/button_download.gif
