Attribute price based on another attribute

Hi guys,
I would like to base the price of one attribute on another.
Say for example the product is a dog.
First attribute is the size of the dog - bigger dogs cost more etc. Second attribute is a coat for the dog - instead of writing all the size options with different prices, I would like to have one radio button that looks at the first attribute (size) and then prices accordingly.
Has anyone seen a thread like this?
