I want to hide the values shown which indicate the increment above the base price applied to an option value.
It currently displays as £1.70 (=+£1.70) etc, but I want to loose the (=+£1.70)

I also want to lift the Please Choose up the page, but although the list has a css selector, ie .wrapperAttribsOptions (line 260),

the Please Choose has no obvious selector, so no apparent way to control its position.
