I've recently installed the Keep Cart add-on on our site, since several customers kept losing their Visitor Cart due to session expirations.

all works great except for one thing... whenever a customer’s shopping cart gets very large (around 450-500 items w/attributes), they start getting “302 Moved Temporarily” errors from the server.

Generally this means that their session dies too, and they can't log back in, since they keep getting the same error... I have to delete their cart contents from the database before they can continue using their account.
Curiously i've seen this happen with Customer Carts (=logged in users), not with Visitor Carts (=created without logging in) that this add-on was designed for... maybe it happens with those too, though.

When I disable "Keep Cart" (Admin -> Configuration -> Sessions -> Keep Visitors Cart = FALSE), the problem seems to be gone.

We sell a big variety of small & cheap products with a lot of attributes, so we frequently get very large carts ( > 500 items)... any idea on how to solve this problem with "Keep Cart" enabled?
