Background Image Conflicting with Shipping Popup

I'm using 1.3.9 and I have an issue with the background "wood" image conflicting with the shipping estimator box at:

http://www.waterfowljunkie.com

It appears to be pulling all site default header settings for the body background. I'm looking for suggestions on how to just change the background color to white.

It does have a div id of popupShippingEstimator and in the stylesheet it shows a background color of ffffff - but it won't display white? I'm confused and could use some help - many thanks in advance!

Putting the background as a white gif works for the shipping estimator. Personally I like to see shipping charges on the checkout page, not in a pop-up.

Where would I change the background white gif? Currently with the default, that would change the whole site not just the popup.

Make a white gif, then put this in your stylesheet.
