I have recently closed my store down for a good 4 months and decided to reopen back up every thing is still there, but when I go into my admin>store configuration>My Store>Store Status is set to 0 but when I select that instead of giving "Add to Cart" button it still showing "Showcase Only".

Cleared your cache? Or used another (clean) browser?

Nevermind I found the problem its in Admin>Configuration>Customer Details.
