USPS Shipping Module - Not taking customer shipping selection

Meant to add the website www.scubastevesinternational.com. I tryed changing the machinable setting and the handling per box/per order separately neither had any effect.

Are these the exact spelling you see on the USPS shipping module:
International = GXG non-doc rect, Express Mail Intl, Priority Mail Intl

In the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... can you do a search on:
usps.php

and see what comes up on the Version ID ...

Sorry, I abbreviated some, exact spellings:
