Amount Available Dependent on Size

Hey we own a sports apparel company and we are trying to figure something out about how Zen Cart Works. Since we have an apparel company obviously we don't have the same amount of each size of each product in stock. So we might have more larges than smalls on particular items.

My question is then is there a way then that if we create a t-shirt and apply the attribute on each size. Is there a way on Zen cart to keep track of how many we have left of each size in the inventory? If so how would you go about doing that?
