Missing something? Can I move FB/TWIT using stylesheet?

I copied and pasted the Twitter and Facebook from the tools they provide to get the links right into Define page editor.

I can use the stylesheet to move them up and down, right or left in the center column (not the header).

#pageTwoMainContent .twitter-follow-button{margin-left:10px;margin-top:37px}

#pageTwoMainContent #fb-root{margin-left:147px;margin-top:37px}

I simply would like to have them lined up like in the header but I am missing something as one would think having them the same distance from the top and different from right to left should work.

What basic knowledge am I missing?

Editing define_main_page.php only can place things in the center section of your main page. Headers, footers and sideboxes have their own template files. It sounds like you want to add that code to includes/templates/freetemplate2/common/tpl_header.php.

I am satisfied, for the time being, with their placement in the header.
(It is an example of what I want the center section to look like)

I am trying to move the duplicates in the center.

I can get the twitter button to move up/down/right/left but I can only get the facebook to move up/down.

I would like them to line up in the center as they do in the header.
