I hope you are all well! I have been having a problem with making a sale but not knowing what has actually been sold.
I will post the problem below the Zen Cart information:
Zencart Info:
- Version -v1.3.9h
- This version was built into Installertron which came free with my domain name.
- Last upgrade - i am unaware of upgrading zencart, but may have done it and forgotten. I have had Zencart from early 2011 - if there was an update that recently, then possibly.
- I have not installed any add-ons
- I have tested transactions with myself and everything was fine.
- This is the first 'outside' transaction and the first one to have an issue with.
I got an email from paypal telling me that funds had been recieved. In the description box where it would normally tell me what has been sold, it said this:
"Pathfinder Wargames Terrain & Supply Shop Purchase
Item no: Store Receipt"
and then it gave the ammount recieved plus p&p. (the ammount recieved matches nothing that i could find on my shop & the quantity is 1 - so it cant be multiple purchases) - but on the paypal website the payment has gone through to my account.
I checked the zencart admin pages including the 'reports' pages for purcahsed products and customer pages so i could check their name and see if it gave me the answer to their purchase - but both were empty - showing no sign of a transaction.
I then emailed my customer to ask what they had purchased - but recieved delivery notification failures (i tried from two different email addresses and even at different times of day inscase they had some sort of filter on - i know that some emails wont accept from certain days & times).
I am at a loss with what to do apart from refund my customer...if it will even go through as their paypal email seems to get no response!
Any help would be much appreciated!
