Need help with custom body for attributes

Ok, if you will, go to my site www.discountprintingservice.com and click on carbonless forms.

On this page you see in the body of the product area an image with description to the right going down the page.

Then below the product description you see my product attributes.

I want this area to be in 2 vertical columns within the product body area, so that the product description is on the left with the attributes at the top of the page with out you having to scroll to the bottom.

Then, on my page as it is now, underneath where you see the attributes area you will see a price breakdown box and then the add to cart box. I would like to combine these and have them show above the attribute options, or float show that they are always visible no matter how far down the page you scroll.

I want it like this so my price is always displayed front & centered so to speak, and options are easily seen...hopefully to retain customers longer on my site by my attractive prices....

I'm not sure how to go about this....any suggestions???

Ok I played around with the tpl-product_info_display.php file and I have somewhat partially accomplished what I wanted to do.

In the body I have a left-side-info and a right-side-info area in the tpl file...

I don't see anything in the tpl file to adjust the width of the left or right...I am assuming that is in my css file????

Ok next is the price breakdown box and add to cart box...I want this to be 1 box not 2.....i'm stumped...any suggestions????
