Default Fatal error: Incompatible file format

I get this error when logging into my cpanel. Any ideas?

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 0, whereas the Optimizer expects 2 in /home/yomama/public_html/zencart/cpanel/m1_loader.php on line 0

I'm using the latest version of zen cart and this problem just started happening.

are you using yoursite.com/cpanel or yoursite.com/zencart/cpanel?
    The first should be correct.
