Default How to get the images and links in my newsletters to work?!?!?

Hey everyone! Having trouble figuring out what I am doing wrong. I create my newsletter in Rich Text Format through the admin panel. I do not use any outside HTML editor at all. I upload/reference all images, install all links correctly. When it is displayed back to me in the admin everything looks correct and works. When it is received, no images are showing and no links are there....

    HELP is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!
    J

I am having exactly the same problem. I have created a newsletter directly in Zen Cart (nothing imported from any other program) with images and links. Everything looks fine in all the three different preview options and the links work.

The images come directly from Zen Cart.

My Admin email is set to HTML and my email client (Outlook) is accepting HTML.

I have sent an email to myself as Administrator but only receive plain text - no images or links.

    Help please!

Zen Cart only sends HTML messages to those customers who have opted to receive messages in HTML format. All others get it in text-only format.
