FedEx module v1.4.5.2 "No Rates Returned, E531" ?

I have the FedEx shipping module (v1.4.5.2) installed in ZC 1.3.9h and when I go to check out an item, I get:

FedEx Express
No Rates Returned, E531 : Rate returned error for account number.

FedEx Ground
No Rates Returned, E531 : Rate returned error for account number.

I believe I have everything filled out correctly and all the php files in the correct directories.

Any tips on where the problem might lie? Is there a newer version of the FedEx module?

Are you using the Fedex module with a the correct account number? If so is the account number and meter ID actually activated on the Fedex servers by Fedex Online Support?

Your Fedex Account Number and Your Fedex Meter ID has to be activated in order for it to work.. With my past experience anyway.
