Can this type of solution be implemented if I wanted to have a minimum number of products per order? For instance, I have Products A, B, and C. I do not want a shopper to be able to just order one product A... but they can order two A's, and A and a B, etc. Basically, as long as they order two units, I would be happy.

Is that possible?

There is an add on for minimum order based on amount ... you could probably adapt it to be minimum quantity ...
