Atheme 1.3 header question

I'm using iChoze Atheme 1.3 template.
I want to add a link below the tagline, and above the blue bar. I can't for the life of me figure it out.
I've tried
/includes/languages/english/header.php
/includes/languages/english.php
/includes/templates/iC_AthemeV1.3/common/tpl_header.php

How can I do this? Thanks

I've used this theme in the past.

Are you trying to turn on the drop down category navigation links across top of blue bar?

Or just adding some link not part of the template? What kind of link? Link to your site?

Easiest way I add a link in header of almost any template would be in the tag line itself.

I want to add a link between the tagline and the blue bar, next to the logo. It is a link to a custom page.
If I use the banner manager for header one, it puts it above the site, header 2 puts it in the blue bar with the drop down links, and header 3 puts it below the blue bar. None of these are where I want it :) I'd like it next to the logo, and that's where I'm having a problem.

I'm not a hacker/coder, so if it were me I'd try adding the link in the tag line across from the logo. We've done this in the past, putting our Authorizenet seal there.

As for the header2 banner, yes, alot of free templates now can be messed-up; including the template I began testing yesterday. I learned to solve this by moving the header2 banner down below the horizontal navigation, in the case of IcAtheme when I used it, below the blue bar and above the left, center, right columns. Really looked nice and could have a full side-width banner.

I also learned how (or once knew) how to set this banner for homepage only.
