EZ Page Editor

Greetings all, I bought a template and seem to be having a problem with the EZ Pages, that I think would then add them at the top and bottom of the page.

If you look at the top, the HOME PAGE | NEW PRODUCTS, etc. I believe those are set up as EZ Pages, I went into my site and went to Tools - EZ Pages, and I have set up two items, with the Header and Footer turned on. Then in Configuration EZ-Pages Settings, my header bar and footer bar are both set to 1. I am trying to figure out what could be the problem. Any ideas what to try, or where to look?

Here is the instructions from their read me, I had to ADD these pages in Tools - EZ Pages, but didn't see anything else to do;

8. --> To turn on the button of EZ pages you need to go to tools->EZ-Pages and select your menu item (ex specials), after that it will be displayed in the required position (Header);

home:
Open New Window:Off
Page is SSL:Off
Header:On
Sidebox:Off
Footer:On
Chapter:0
TOC:0;

I think they had hardcoded in the template so you can not use it with ez page. You can add/edit when you open your_template/common/tpl_header.php.

Those aren't EZ page links, they're something our friends at TM added. When you created your EZ pages, did you specify a sort order in the header selection? 0 doesn't work.
