Tier pricing how to do this?

I sell some items for 10,- each.
But i want to sell them : 11 for 100,-

It would be nice to have a discount box or something.

How can I set this up?

Isn't this module standard in 1.3.9 since the module is for version 1.3.8?

I mean that the function of the mod is a standard function in 1.3.9 or can this mod do something else than the standard " quantity price" option?

Third party mods are *almost never* added to the core code. In this particular case, the mod is still required if you wish to discount by quantity in any way other than per-item. If you read the help for this contrib, you'll get some details about its capabilities, none of which are built in to any Zen Cart release.
