Cant find how to do media-mail shipping

If you use the Item Rate item shipping module and have it set to 1.00 for the Rate and 2.00 for the Handling then you get:

1 Product
1 x 1 + 2 = $3.00

2 Products
2 x 1 + 2 = $4.00

3 Products
3 x 1 + 2 = $5.00
