UPS and USPS Handling Fee

Okay inside the shipping mod UPS and USPS is and option to charge a Handling Fee. I need to charge a handling fee of 4$. I put 4.00 in as the handling fee and it will not add it it the shipping. How can I add the Handling Fee?

You should just enter for the Handling fee:
4.00

and it will be added to the Shipping Cost quotes ...

If not, edit your Shipping Modules, and save the settings to NotePad ...

Next, do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure them ...
