PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! accessing my admin

I have just downloaded the latest version of zencart and uploaded to my server database however when i try to open the admin/ backend to start customization it doesnt work and the admin/index.php in the url changes to admin/alert_page.php how do i access this or what may i do to trouble shoot this problem.

any one that is willing to have a phone call to walk me through it would be much appreciated. please send me a personal message with your number if interested otherwise posts would also be great

Have you changed the name of your 'admin' folder and deleted the zc_install folder ?
