Addition to above, If you are still having problems it may be due to any other addons you have installed and have code on that page, try reverting back to your original and lifting the breadcrumb code as i suggested above

well that is certainly your problem, and also you have a section duplicated in there for the <div id="mainWrapper"> which will also throw errors for you

i imagine you have used dreamweaver to find and replace or something perhaps, that error is not in the zip file tpl_main_page.php or the readme.txt, checked both on my site and in the addons area? so you must have popped it along the way!

anyway, get yourself a fresh copy rom the addons section and use that instead or do as i have suggested at the beginning of this thread and use your original and follow the manual instructions.

Do you mean a fresh copy of the breadcrum mod? or tpl_main_page.php ?

I wonder if that statement came with the template.... I will look back at some early backups in the morning just to see. Anyway just clarify the above and I'll crack on

absolutely, if there is a typo in the readme, it wasn't something that was intended to be copied in to your php file, its there merely as a point of reference so you know where to paste it.

also the typo is not in the tpl_main_page.php so is purely on that readme, it clearly says in the instructions and multiple times in my replies to you throughout this thread that you need to do nothing but cut & paste the breadcrumbs code from its original location to the new location, everything else remains untouched.

If you have an error, that is either because you has mis-read the readme or because you have an existing error in your code, in which case the best thing to do is to revert back to your previous version of that file and locate the part of code which controls the breadcrumbs then cut and paste it in to its new location.

this is not complicated code, you are simply picking it up and putting it elsewhere.

It WORKS!!
Can't believe that I couldn't see the wood for the trees... Just got it in my head to insert that statement as code... Oh well SHOOT ME lol

Ok just one tiny tiny little question (please?)

The area it now sits in is 4 pixels short on the left hand side. When I say short I mean the right hand edge is aligned with the template but the left side is 4 pixels short of lining up with the left side of the template.

In the css what do I need to insert/change to increase the length?
