Been using zen-cart for well over a year but in the last few months we have been getting reposts from customers that use gmail (hotmail too) that their Welcome emails are going to gmail spam.
After a bit of testing I have found that the welcome mails are going to the spam, but password reminder emails are going to the inbox. I compared the headers of both emails and they are the same bar time stamp and message ID etc.
So It must be something in the text. We haven't change the welcome email in nearly a year, so i'm guessing it must be a recent change to the spam filter that has caused this.
Does and one know of a guide of what can cause the spam filters to be triggered or if there is a different reason i'm missing?
