Thank you for your response! I looked in the PHPmyAdmin and couldn't find a table called "Shipping Info".
Did I do something wrong?

Flamer was giving you two options. First you could use a mod you were given a link for OR you could access the database in your phpMyAdmin.
I would not advise using phpMyAdmin unless you really know what you are doing.A little help with colors.
