Getting Duplicate Invoice Number and Invoice not showing up

I recently processed two transactions that when I looked at the email I received confirming the transactions, there were two that had duplicate id numbers. They are also not shwoing up in the admin portion of the software when I go back to look at the transactions.

Any help?
