how do I remove global options I dont know what happened but some products are displaying :colour size gift options etc

We are not sure what you are referring to, but it seems like you mean ATTRIBUTES.
These can only be applied by a PERSON... the software does not suddenly, of its own accord, decide... "Hey... I think I'm going to give every product some attributes... !"
a PERSON has done this... so only a PERSON can un-do it.
If you do not want to show ATTRIBUTES for a given product, then (via the attributes controller) manually delete them.20 years a Zencart User
