my shop is blank after deleting fr and es languages

I use 1.3.9g.
I use the custom template overwrite system
I have two domain URL that both point to my shop.
p i n u p p e e p s h o p . c o m
and f a s h i o n p e e p s h o p . c o m . Latter is the main domain.
I few minutes ago I noticed that the language packages french and spanish are not working. When on the main page and clicking the spanish flag for example the main page goes blank. Same for all the product pages.
I went into my admin to delete the two languages. I figured I will reinstall the packages later. After deleting them I load my fashion page and it loads a blank page.
The other is still loading though only the main page.
What on earth is going on. I'm freaking out!
I went back into my admin (still works) and added both languages again. But the problem remains. Any ideas?

Thank you! That was a helpful link. I addressed the cached errors but there is one I can't crack. It claims I'm missing files that are definitely there:

Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required 'DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESfrench/meta_tags.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/***shop*/public_html/includes/languages/french.php on line 51
I do have the french.php in public_html/includes/languages and I do have meta_tags.php in includes/languages/french

Am I missing something. Also, I asked my host to check my page and they send me back a screen shoot and claims it's loading fine. I cleaned out my browser cache twice already and still get a blank page. If someone else could load my link as well and let me know,that would be great,thanks!

Looks like i fixed it by overriding the files with files i had backed up.
Any chance an administrator could delete the links to my page that i posted. They now show up on top of my google search results together with my statement about the blank page... I would be very happy if I could remove just the links somehow. Thank you!
