ZC V1.3.9g upgraded from previous version about 1 year ago.
We have a newsletter which sent to about 20 customers (green ticks) and then stopped with an SMTP error message relating to one email address. We removed this address in admin and then ran the newsletter again. This time it sent to about 200 customers and stopped again with an SMTP error for a different email address.
We have a total of about 2000 people that we wish to send to, but obviously do not intend to keep repeating the run or some people are going to get a lot of the same newsletters.
We are aware of hosting limits for emails/newsletters, but we are hosted with a ZC specialist company who helped us with the newsletter and knew what we intended to do, so we do not think a limit is the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated.
