1) where and when exactly is this error appearing
2) Is that the full error message
3) Has this just started happening on an existing site or is this a new install
4) What version of zencart
5) if you look in the /cache folder are there error message files being created in there
6) Have you changed anything recently or added a new add-on
edit-----------
7) If you have moved your site or folders did you update the configure files, and have you re-downloaded then to ensure your changes have been uploaded

It is a new install with the most current zen cart download i saw on the home page ... This is the full error message when I click on more info:
The entry you have made for the Physical Path does not appear to be valid. Please correct and try again.
This is the physical path that zencart had detected:
/home/content/07/7975607/html/store
but when i click save settings it gives me the error message up above.
I tried uploading my store I had up from a different server but couldn't figure out how to do it, so i decided to start all over
It's looking for /home/content/07/7975607/html/store/index.php
And, if you're getting that error message, then that means it couldn't find that file.
