    Default Physical path is incorrect

I checked everything to see why that error keeps coming up ... Does anyone have any suggestions? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    1) where and when exactly is this error appearing
    2) Is that the full error message
    3) Has this just started happening on an existing site or is this a new install
    4) What version of zencart
    5) if you look in the /cache folder are there error message files being created in there
    6) Have you changed anything recently or added a new add-on

    7) If you have moved your site or folders did you update the configure files, and have you re-downloaded then to ensure your changes have been uploaded

It is a new install with the most current zen cart download i saw on the home page ... This is the full error message when I click on more info:

The entry you have made for the Physical Path does not appear to be valid. Please correct and try again.

This is the physical path that zencart had detected:

    /home/content/07/7975607/html/store

but when i click save settings it gives me the error message up above.

I tried uploading my store I had up from a different server but couldn't figure out how to do it, so i decided to start all over

    It's looking for /home/content/07/7975607/html/store/index.php
And, if you're getting that error message, then that means it couldn't find that file.

No, it basically means you didn't actually upload everything in the first place
