Changing Title tag/meta of home page - no includes/languages folder

I am very new to Zen cart, but am an experienced designer/developer of standard and Wordpress sites. I am inheriting a site project from a client to update/edit, and I don't know much about it yet, besides that it is built with Zen Cart.

the first thing they want is help with their title tags. I saw how to do edit the meta info for products/categories from within the Zen Cart control panel, but I can't find out how to do it for the home page.

I've already searched and found the instructions to find the includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php file and edit that. The problem is, there is no languages directory in the includes folder for this site.

What do I do now? Thanks for any help!

I doubt if the site would work without the files in the includes/languages folder, so I suspect it's there somewhere.
