I just ran into the same issue -or so it appears.
What files were missing in the default template folders? The readme explicitly instructs you to keep the dir structure as is within includes
Nevermind. I fixed it. Pretty much same as above; hadn't loaded all the required files in the correct spot.
Here's one I probably won't figure out on my own...One of my menu's is to long for the page. I'm worried clients won't realize they must scroll the page to see the bottom of the menu. Is there anyway I can add a scroll function to the menu itself?

Alright. Well, how about the possibility of choosing where the menu pops-up? If the top part of the submenu didn't start equal to the main menu but rather was centered you wouldn't likely need to scroll down. Is that possible?
