How do I disable post/zip code?

Dear all,

I can't accept all payment from hong kong, how to disable post/zip code.

3 possible solutions

a)
What happens if you set

admin --> Configuration --> minimum values --> Post code to 0

Note this will effect all countries.

b)
another solution would be to have some sort of javascript trigger so that when someone selects Hong Kong, the postcode box is autofilled with the code "None"

or
c)
Add a note one registration page that people who come from countries that don't use Postcodes, should enter the text "None" in the postcode box.

I would like to remove the Post Code as well as its not used in Ireland.

Point a) still throws an error saying you must input at least 0 characters!!
Point b) I wouldnt know where to start writing a javascript!
Point c) Some people put this or 0000 but it would be better just to have it removed altogether

can anyone tell us how to remove it please??
