    red flag Order lost v1.3.8

    Hi I have had an order but in my admin the client is there but not the order I know this as I have the paypal payment in my account.
    How do I find the order.
    I'm on Zen Cart 1.3.8a

    Start by checking the threads in the Similar Threads section at the bottom of the page. Then you need to upgrade immediately as 1.3.8 is vulnerable to some serious security problems.
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Hi Ok I have up graded. now is there any way to add an order for a client with out paying for it via paypal as he has payed and the order was lost.

    You can enable the Check/MoneyOrder module and use that to place the order over again. And then click Remove on that module if you don't wish to offer that method to others.

    And then to prevent the problems you've had with the PayPal IPN module, click Remove on that module and click Install on the Express Checkout module and configure it www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal

    Ok now I'm not happy again, a new client placed an order and there is nothing in my orders but I can see what he has ordered as it tells me in my paypal just as well I added this to my paypal account.

    How do I solve this issue please I have updated to the latest zencart but when I do an order myself it all works fine.
