Using 1.3.9

I sell scholastic packages to eight different schools. Some schools want a percent of the sales, other don't. So, prices for identical items vary from package to package. Packages also have school specific items which the school wants to keep secret. Don't ask why. I don't know!

So, how do I do this?

I researched and found both hide and password protect category code. But, both are a couple years old. Not sure if it works with v1.3.9. Not sure if I could install it even if it's v1.3.9 compatible.

Ideally the password protect would be perfect. If not, then hiding the category would have to work. Once hidden, I can link to a html landing page with a javascript password script which directs the user to the appropriate category.

Please Help!
