I'm seeing parse times around 4+ and query times <1

I have reviewed https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=21 and turned off most unneeded features, I think I have most of my images optimized with Image Handler 3. I am on a GoDaddy Linux server. I may eventually switch, but right now this is available to me for testing. I have done a reverse IP lookup on other sites similar to this and find that they too are on GoDaddy but with speedier performance.
