Default Netfirms: security error when logging in

I received an email this past monday from a customer telling me she was unable to log into my online store adn was receiving a security error. this online store is not live yet, was hoping to go live this week, until this error started to appear

I have searched all week for tutorials, and tips, the bug fixes for 1.3.8, ( am running 1.3.9) went to those files to find the bug fix is already in place.

( http://www.karangerberdesigns.com/shop/) I created an account for testing, as soon as I get through the ordering process and logoff, then attempt to login I get the dreaded "There was a security error when trying to login."

I contacted a Zencart professional, originally was told
it was an error with session tokens, and that he could fix it in an hr
. I advised him to go ahead..

    I am now being told
"I had a look at your sites on the net. I logged in and Zen Cart is not installed the way it should be or was intended. Looks as though Netfirms has some sort of weird setup configuration and has no https symlinks. The tokens and security are broken because of the way it is setup and the way the hosting runs. I honestly cant work on a platform like this. Sorry I can not help you with this one."
but am now left, with, what do i do from here? I am not a coding/html specialist by any means, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated

There have been a whole bunch of complaints lately since Netfirms changed their servers to another company's servers.
Log a support ticket with them to fix whatever they've broken.

You won't find me discouraging you with that approach.
They've really botched this recent change.
