Setting Discount for Multiple Items

I searched the forums already, seems like everyone has a slightly different need, and couldn't find one that matched mine. It's simple, I want to set a discount (15%) when a customer buys two items in a certain category.

For example, on my website I sell sunglasses, hats, and pens. If I want to set a discount for 15% if a customer buy two hats (not pens or sunglasses) how would I set this?

I was going to use a coupon to do this and just say it's only for hats so people wouldn't try to use it for anything else, only you can only set the minimum PRICE for the coupon to work, not a minimum number of orders.

Anyone know how I could do this? Seems this guy has the exact thing I want to do, only he didn't get any replies.
