I'm using godaddy's virtual dedicated server. But the Web Server (Apache) was stopped usually because of high MySQL CPU usage.It's up to 100-200%.Very high usage.
Godaddy's guys replied "Based on these results I would strongly suggest that you review your scripting in an attempt to reduce the number of rows which are examined by your MySQL queries."
The version of zen cart I'm using is 1.3.8.Should I upgrade to 1.3.9? Or another way? Can you help me fix it? Thanks for your advance.

The best way to resolve this issue is to leave godaddy and get a server on a better host
