I currently ship to the UK and EU.
When a customer from an EU country, say Spain, places and order they are taken to the shipping page of checkout.
At this point, they would fill in their details etc and it would then show the shipping options.
They are then given two options, one for UK and one for EU.
What happens then, is that the customer clicks the cheapest (UK) and places the order, which in turn causes us problems.
Is there a way to ensure that when an EU customer orders, the shipping option only available to them should be the country they are shipping to? Ie; Uk get UK delivery and EU, say Italy, get the EU rates only?
