UPS XML Stopped Communicating with UPS... HELP!

Yes, there is a long delay then the error message is returned. The only other responses I could find on the web regarding the "xpci version 1.0001 of the UPS Rates Interface" message were on an oscommerce board from 2008 and they indeed said it was probably a UPS server issue.

They are of course closed to day so I cannot verify that.

UPS.com dns was hacked yesterday. The site was down for around 10 hours. This error appeared on my site too yesterday at around the same time that UPS.com was taken down. The site is restored but it took A LONG time for them to organize themselves. I assume that they are taking their time getting the shipping servers online.
