How do you add links to banners, Pictures, headers?

I was wondering how I would be able to set up links on banners, images, products, headers?

If someone can head me in the right direction I would appreciate it

O sorry. Say on a banner on my website www.i-silver.co.uk on the revolving banners I wanted to link it to a specific page on my website how would I go about doing that?
