USPS International Shipping

For international shipping in 1.3.7, if i have choices, lets say

express mail int'l
priority mail int'l
first-class mail int'l

when i go to checkout_payment page, the top choice, in this case, express mail, is always selected, no matter what's selected on previous page

i looked through all the source code for HOURS and for the life of me couldn't figure out what to do! how can i fix this? thanks

i am trying to upgrade to 1.3.9 but i am getting a
"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use."

Could you please go to post #26 and get the January 2, 2011 C version of USPS and follow all of the steps to install it?

just did, some improvement - now only "USPS Priority International" is showing ... but not first class international or express international

If you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
