Uploading Mass Products

I have question since I'm new to this and pardon me if this has been asked before. What's the easiest way to upload mass products?

My distributor sent me an excel list but it doesn't have images and tech specs. So even if I upload the list through Apsona I still have to add images and description one by one. Does anyone know of an easier way? I've heard this program called ##########da which does web data extraction (including images) which then converts it to an excel file. I want to upload like 10,000 products but I'm not sure how to proceed =(

Takes a bit of practice, but is fast and accurate.
