Restricted Access?

Hi guys, I am new to zencart. I recently installed it on one of my Joomla! sites. I was messing around with the gift certificates feature and when I go to click on the email to access my shop it just simply comes up with a page that states "Restricted Access..." why is this? I think I have to go to an option and place the shop as public somewhere, is this correct?

I'm not sure, where do you go to figure this out. What I did was sent my self a coupon to see if it would work to redeem its self. But thats where the message "restricted access" came up. What do I need to do to set a URL for my store?

I have miss-placed that email from the coupon that I created. What other way can I find the URL to my store? I just recently installed the extension, want to make sure it is working properly.

When viewing your store...what address is in your browsers address bar??

You will have to determine through your hosting account manager why that directory is restricted....This is not a ZenCart Setting
