Automatically send order details to distributor daily?

Hello all. Under the model our business is running, we have, I would imagine like many Zen Cart shop owners, a contracted distribution centre doing our warehousing and pick/pack/despatch.

What I need to do is have a report run daily on all new orders in status pending which would populate standard shipping information into a csv or similar, looking for

OrderID,salutation,FirstName,LastName,Address1,Address2 etc

for the distributor to run his mailmerge from. Need to drop this summary and pdf packing slips for each order into an email and send once daily.

Zen Cart seems so well appointed in just about everything I've been looking for so far, it seems surprising that this doesn't seem to be 'out of the box' functionality?

I've installed the Export Shipping Information mode that I found discussed in another thread, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the packing slips to go with the export?

How are other Zen Carters managing this?

Seems like there's plenty of interest. Does anyone else operate under a similar model with an order fulfilment/distribution centre? How do you get your order details over to them?
