Featured Products Image Question

I am trying to get my featured products on my homepage smaller. They are huge right now. I have it set as Image - Featured Products Width 175 and Image - Featured Products Height 110.

I switched to the classic template and it works just fine in that template.

I have no idea why it's not working. Any ideas?

I realized that the src is not pulling from the bmz_cache folder. So I just posted this in the Image Handler 3 folder as I think it has something to do with that.
