login problem

hi.I have installed zen cart yesterday and everything its ok but when i try to login my email adress is not recognised.When the installation was finished i never recieved an email and for sure i have provide the correct email,for that reason i contact my host provider and the told me to reinstall,so i dit it twice but the problem persists,any ideas?

A user account for the frontend is not automatically setup on install for any email address

sorry but my english are not that good."frontend"?so how i am supossed to act as an admin,from the control panel of my host provider?

By 'frontend' kobra means your store, rather than your admin area. Are you trying to log in to admin ? If so, you specified a user name and password when you installed Zencart. You don't access admin from your hosting control panel.
